Over the past few years, DJS Events has successfully conveyed a couple’s love story told through unique wedding designs. Recently, DJS transformed a beach in Belize into “Paris in Paradise,” a magical theme reflecting the romance of the groom’s proposal at the top of the Eiffel Tower.
DJS specializes in turning banquet halls into enchanting environments that set the mood that the bride and groom have envisioned. From pre-event planning to seamless “day of event” management, DJS facilitates the wedding details so the bride, the groom and their families are free to enjoy their special day.
One of DJS’s most creative and original events combined its talents for staging outstanding weddings with its commitment to philanthropy. “The Woof Woof Wedding” paired two lucky canines in a wedding celebration in a New York City extravaganza. The event included partnerships with Kleinfeld Bridal and Kleinfeld Men. The four-legged Chihuahua bride, “Piper,” wore a custom-designed organza wedding gown with silk lining. Her Pomeranian groom, “Boo,” was dressed in a miniature tuxedo. DJS transformed the elegant wedding landmark, Twenty Four Fifth, into a park-like setting for human and canines guests. Proceeds benefited two prominent animal charities. The event was covered in the Wall Street Journal, Crain’s NY Business and on Fox’s “Good Day New York.” A segment on TLC’s popular “Say Yes To The Dress” brought the event to national audiences.
